Everything ships from our studio in Delhi. Here’s exactly what to expect once you’ve ordered.

Cash on Delivery

₹80 COD handling fee

Orders placed with Cash on Delivery carry an ₹80 handling fee. This covers the cost couriers charge us to collect and remit cash, which is significantly higher than a prepaid order.

The fee is collected by the delivery agent along with your order total, so please keep it ready. Paying online at checkout avoids the fee entirely.

COD availability depends on your pincode and is confirmed by our courier partner at the time of dispatch.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, and shown before you pay. COD orders carry the additional ₹80 handling fee noted above.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are delivered within 7–10 working days post order confirmation. This applies to both ready-to-ship and personalised items.

For personalised and custom-printed tees, we email you a proof first. Printing begins once you approve it, and the 7–10 working day window runs from that approval.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and can be affected by weather, festivals and regional disruptions.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also see order status any time from your account.

Festive & Sale Periods

Courier networks get busy around festivals. During Diwali and major sale periods, we recommend ordering at least two weeks ahead to be safe. Any order-by dates we publish on a campaign page take priority over the estimates above.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address may incur a re-shipping charge.
