Received something off?

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll look into it and help make things right.

A few things to keep in mind

• Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed.

• Products should be returned with their original tags and packaging intact.

• Returns or exchanges may not be accepted if the product shows signs of wear, washing, stains, damage or alteration.

• Customised/personalised products are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless they are defective, damaged or incorrectly fulfilled.

• Products purchased during certain sale or promotional offers may have specific return/exchange conditions, which will be mentioned at the time of purchase.
